Things You Need to Know
All REGULAR (NON PRE-ORDER) orders placed before 5pm central standard time will be shipped via UPS within 48 hours following verification of payment. Please verify your billing and shipping information before you checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10:00am – 5:00pm central standard time. (Excludes holidays). Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
AJ’s Shoe Bar offers free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $50 before shipping and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $10 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with UPS.
PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please feel free to contact email@example.com.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Tracking information will be provided on all orders. You will be able to track your package once you receive tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information after you place your order. If you request a signature please make arrangements for someone to be present at the time of delivery. You will receive a notification email, with tracking info if applicable.
DELIVERY and TIMEFRAMES:
Listed below are available shipping methods.
*UPS SUREPOST NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS): UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service: this service combines the travel consistency and reliability of UPS with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
USPS has permission to leave your package outside the door. Although most delivery carriers do knock or ring the bell, they are not required to do so and may leave the package outside.
UPS Ground Signature Required (2-5 BUSINESS DAYS)
For your convenience, we offer the option of shipping your order Signature Required. With a signature, we can guarantee your package to your hands.
AJ’s Shoe Bar highly recommends a signature. If for some reason you are not present at the time of delivery, the driver may choose to reattempt delivery at another time or return the package to the sender if several attempts are made without success.
AJ’s Shoe Bar is not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned due to UPS inability to deliver securely.

It is our priority to provide affordable, reliable shipping services and we hope your package will arrive on time. Just so you know, the shipping time highly depends on the Courier Company and local customs/duties. In advance we appreciate your understanding.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY
If an invalid address is provided to us, the shipping carrier will return the package to our office. Customers will be contacted to arrange for re-shipment AT YOUR EXPENSE. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as the shipping carriers do not reimburse us for returned to sender packages.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If for some reason you would like to cancel your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. If your order has not been processed for shipping we will cancel your order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
**HOLIDAY SEASON DELIVERY**
November 1st-January 15th both UPS & USPS becomes very busy with deliveries for the holiday season. Please take this into consideration before contacting us. During these months please give your package at least 3 extra business days to arrive.
We are glad to service our customers internationally! International orders will be shipped via UPS within 72 hours after verification of payment. (ITEMS ARE SHIPPED MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY, EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). After doing so we will send you a notification email, with tracking info if applicable.
*We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.*
*We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”.*
*A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to us by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).*
*By selecting to send your package without a signature required, you are agreeing to be liable should your package be lost in transit or after delivery.*
*For international shipping we are not responsible for any taxes and duties at the time of delivery.*
