Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase let us help.

AJ’s Shoe Bar will accept any return or exchange on item(s) that are in the original condition, unworn, unaltered and free from physical damage. All items must be in the original packaging.

Any item returned with signs of altered and or physical damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return and exchange.

Returns/ Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 10 calendar days to return or exchange the item(s) from the date in which you received it. Send us an email at customercare@ajsshoebar.com informing us on your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification acknowledging your request within 12-24 hours.

If you are requesting a refund, once your return package is received, and inspected it will be processed within 48 hours and a refund email confirmation will be sent once completed. We will initiate a refund minus the shipping cost to the original form of payment.

If you are eligible for a refund you should receive a refund within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution and card issuer’s policy.

If you are requesting an exchange, please fill out the exchange card and send it along with the original item(s). Once we receive and inspect the original item(s) we will process your exchange. If there is a price difference or adjustment you will be notified via email.

*Please Note*

 All return and exchange item(s) must be received within the 10 days from the day in which  your shipment is marked delivered.

 No item(s) will be accepted if they are received after the 10th day.

 The cost of returning the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange is the customer’s responsibility.
